BrokerTec Virtual Assistance is a team of online virtual assistants for hire by real estate professionals for the purpose of improving their business. All information gathered and used is for the express purpose of assisting the professional.  

All personal information provided to BrokerTec Virtual Assistance is kept private and confidential. Personal information will never be sold or used for any purpose outside of Virtual Assistance.  

All work is to be agreed upon by both parties prior to any work being done. If scope of work falls outside time allotment originally discussed and agreed upon, a new timeframe will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties prior to continuing and completion of project.  

Any changes requested by the real estate professional outside of the original scope of work will be discussed and agreed upon, prior to continuance and completion of work. Any changes requested by the client may change the originally agreed upon time allotment for the project and therefore price.  

All services are to be paid in full and received prior to work beginning.

No refunds shall be given on any work completed. If a client is dissatisfied with the work Completed, it will be discussed between the virtual assistant program and the client and an agreeable adjustment shall be made in the form of work if possible.

All links, content and photos used are done so at the client's discretion. It is the responsibility of the client to determine the usability of all links, content and photos. BrokerTec Virtual Assistance is not liable for any links, content or photos used. All content to be approved by the agent prior to completion of project. All photos provided by BrokerTec Virtual Assistance are purchased outright and deemed safe for usage on agent's sites.  

In no event shall BrokerTec Virtual Assistance or BrokerTec Systems be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement committed on an agent’s site. All content is used at the client’s own responsibility and risk.
